Great vibe and friendly staff

Had a blast during Halloween weekend! The pub vibe is awesome, and the staff are super friendly, making us feel right at home. Food was really good, and the themed disco that night was a fun surprise. A little noisy at times, but it added to the lively atmosphere. Perfect for social butterflies!

I recently spent a night in a comfortable Family Room and was genuinely impressed by the vibrant atmosphere of the pub. The staff were incredibly friendly, and I appreciated the delicious food served. it truly felt like a local favorite. The only minor downside was that the breakfast options could be a bit more varied on weekends.

Staff were friendly, but my spicy chicken was inedible. Great room otherwise.

our stay at y griffin was great! the room was really nice n comfy, perfect for us. we loved the atmosphere of the pub too, it was so friendly n lively. the food in the evening was super tasty, we could see why the place is a local fave. defo gonna book again when we come back!

only thing was we had to find street parking, which was kinda unexpected. woulda been better if the room had an iron or hair dryer in it.

Good vibes but some misses

We stayed for 1 night in a king room. The place had some great live music which totally lifted the mood! The vibe was nice at the bar, but it was a bummer that we couldn’t get dinner as we weren’t told they weren’t serving. no breakfast offered here, even though it said on the site.

Request a fan for warmer nights. the rooms can heat up quickly in the afternoon sun, impacting sleep quality.

Elegant room, new bathroom, with a good size perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and the restaurant serves good food at reasonable prices, complemented by complimentary free wi-fi for easy connectivity.

Y Griffin's decor was elegant and welcoming, making it easy to navigate. The staff were attentive, quickly assisting with my luggage and providing thoughtful recommendations for nearby cafes. The cleanliness and modern amenities in my room were delightful.

A lift would be beneficial for easier access.
